Cebu City, Philippines
Founder. Builder. Coach.
I run two CrossFit gyms in Cebu, serve as Country Manager for CrossFit Philippines, and operate a building materials business. I build tools around the problems those jobs reveal. Training keeps me honest. Family keeps the work in perspective.

Training is how I stay honest. Coaching is how I learned to see people clearly.
CrossFit is the sport. I have coached for more than a decade and hold the CrossFit Level 3 credential. I also race Hyrox, enough to test myself outside the gym. The long game is simpler: move well at 60, keep up with my son, and stay useful when real life gets heavy.
